I express my gratitude to whoever is responsible for the invaluable victory yesterday, but for Bogdan failing to react to the low shot at his near post and the linesman getting his offside decision wrong, the margin wold have been greater. Nice start for Freedman.

Great result yesterday, I had a feeling we'd do well. Only moved up a place, but like I said a while ago (when OC was still here) the Championship is wide open this year, everyones beating everybody else. Look at Blackpool, an early pacesetter in the first month, same points as us. Brighton were up there too early doors. 3 from 15 pts lately, only 2 in front of us. Then theres Palace, dead bottom after 3 games, now in 3rd spot. I fully believe that with a good wind behind us, we can even make automatic promotion.......

Automatic promotion is one hell of an ask. To reach the average number of points required over the past 10 seasons for automatic promotion, we need 2.16 points per game from our remaining fixtures. That's around 30 points from our next 14 games - from our first 14 games we've garnered 18. I hope we can do it but I'm not mad...
