Andrews Linked With Huddersfield

Andrews Linked With Huddersfield

Keith Andrews wanted a permanent move to Brighton, however he might still get his wish of a Bolton exit but that move doesn't seem to likely now.

With Oscar Garcia, the man who signed him on loan last season, parting company with Brighton his chances of making his loan move a permanent one seem unlikely but the Bolton News claims that Andrews has 'emerged as a target' for Huddersfield Town.

They are looking to sign him on a season long loan, which would take him to the end of his existing deal with Bolton and then make the 33-year-old a fee agent next summer.

Whatever Dougie Freedman might say about him staying with Bolton and 'fighting for a place' the more likely scenario is that Freedman would like to offload him, it certainly seems certain that Andrews himself wants to move on.

A permanent exit, as opposed to another loan, would probably suit Bolton better but if worst case scenario a portion of his wages, which wouldn't be cheap, are covered that would be better than nothing wouldn't it?

Mr Ecky sends his best to the Vital Bolton community, he's currently not well, he'll be back as soon as possible and in the meantime, he's got a staff writer to fill in for him.

If anyone has something to share in the meantime (this gives a genuine Bolton point of view from a Bolton fan!) feel free to fire an email through.

Please include your username so I can put that to it though.
