Weep for the Wanderers

Adlington2 gets a touch of the green-eyed monster after last night`s Carling Cup game.

What a difference a manager makes

Even when he's in hospital. After last night's result at Ewood Park - green is the colour. Can anyone honestly say they would fancy us to do the same?

Allardyce has got Blackburn playing with some spirit and quality. He's recruited well and got the best out of the rest. They deserved to beat us at the Reebok.

Megson has signed just one player, Cahill, with the necessary talent. We've got three more who would get into most Premiership sides. Jussi, Kevin Davies and Ricardo Gardner, all pre-Megson. Klasnic has shone, briefly.

It's not enough, even if the rest raise their game more than they've ever done before - and Megson just doesn't have that sort of inspiration. He sounds as lively as a pint straight out of the dougie, after it's 'passed' through Wigan and their fans.

Think about the class of Megson; Elmander, Robinson, Shittu and Samuel. Then think about Jay Jay, Ivan Campo, Gary Speed, Youri Djorkaeff and Anelka. Then weep for the Wanderers.

i think samuel is a decent player to be fair to megson, he has signed some other shockers though, even if they were on loan (rasiak, makakula)
Sebastian
sammy lee signed samuel !!! i hate to admit it but i think steinsson was a good signing

Megson's just got a knack for bringing the worst out in players. He could even make Messi look average!

Who do we blame for McCann? That apparently cost us £300,000 in agents fees for a £1m transfer and we are still paying it off. Thats why we have no money. Ninth highest spenders on agents fees and lowest spenders on transfer fees. Plus Eddie Davies creaming cash off

After Wolves and looking forward to a classy Man City . . . weep and weep again
