'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Megson is Old Before His Time

After an encouraging November in which he was crowned Premier League Manager of the Month, things have returned to normal for Bolton boss Gary Megson with two dismal performances against Liverpool and Wigan.

But there`s worse. He has aged ten years in the last few weeks, at least according to Sky Sports.

'Megson fears Bolton may yet be dragged into a relegation dogfight, however, the 59-year-old is intent on remaining positive,` writes Elliot Ball on the TV station`s website.

Megson`s date of birth is given elsewhere as 2nd May 1959, which means he is still the right side of fifty. However, if Sky are right and the Ginger One has begun a period of accelerated ageing, it will be good news for those Bolton fans haven`t forgiven him for existing. It means that he`ll get to retirement age that bit more quickly.

Need to get back on track soon before we get drawn into a needless scrap at the botton. Mind you withSjoke sending their own players off its looking good for the bottom two spaces being filled by Sjoke and Albion.... just need Sunderland to Implode and were sorted this season.

Sunderland look good to do that. Especially with agent Sbragia at the helm.
