Scraping the Bottom of the Barrel
International breaks are a nuisance. Twelve members of Bolton`s squad are away and if the past is anything to go by, the team performance will suffer when they get back. There`s not much excitement with the England team either, as they face the might of Kazakhstan and Belarus. Not even Steven Gerrard & Co can mess that one up.
So, there`s not much to read about. Fortunately, the official site is on hand to provide a behind the scenes look at a little publicised area. Kazakhstan, Belarus, Monaco and the Faroe Islands should all be popped into a little league and only one from each mini league should qualify for the actual tournament qualification.
German, Italy and England should not be wasting time having to travel Europe for pointless matches.
