So Now You've Bought that New Bolton Shirt...

It was generally agreed last month that Bolton`s new home shirt was the most hideous in the Premier League. That is, until its away counterpart hit the shops. Fess up now, how many of you have bought one or the other?

So what to do with the old shirt? Here`s an idea, one which will show Bolton Wanderers in a good light and help a deserving cause.

The Ahotokurom Rehabiliation Project, in Ghana, was originally set up as a safe place for leprosy sufferers to get help and treatment, but eventually an orphanage was built for the children of the sufferers who had nowhere to go. There is also a special school for young and old. They have a website here

Bernard Lillis, an Aston Villa fan, worked voluntarily at the orphanage for five months and donated his collection of football shirts for the children to wear. It would be very much appreciated if Bolton supporters could do the same.

Anyone wishing to donate a shirt can send it to:

The Principal
Presentation College
Currylea
Tuam
Co. Galway
Ireland

More can be found about the project by sending an e-mail here

If African kids will wear Villa shirts, they'll wear anything - so I'm in!
Bamberini
Me too. Be great if we could get more Bolton shirts there than Villa!
