'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Ricketts is Back. Oh Joy!

Former Bolton Wanderers player and serial failure Michael Ricketts is back in football and reportedly training with Bristol City. For their sake, it has to be hoped that he isn`t being paid.

After leaving Bolton because they 'weren`t big enough` (a charge that could never be levelled at Ricketts) he failed to make the grade at Middlesbrough, Leeds United, Stoke City, Cardiff City, Burnley, Southend United, Preston North End, Oldham Athletic and Walsall. Maybe he`s attempting to play for every club in the English League.

How long will fat boy Ricketts last? Vote in the latest Vital Bolton poll.

lol, what a great article. The listing of teams he failed at was a quality touch. Bristol Rovers Fan here. :)
