Meite to Join Hull

Abdoulaye Meite is a target for Hull City according to the Ever Reliable Daily Mirror. He`ll be meeting up with Stelios, Campo and Ali Al Habsi, all of who are supposedly joining the club, although surprisingly, none of them have pitched up at the KC Stadium yet.

'He is free to leave after refusing to come out at half-time at Manchester United in March,` claims the rag.

He`s still in the dressing room at Old Trafford? Blimey, that`s some hissy fit.

I know Ipswich were linked with him in as a loanee last season. Personally, I would still like him to come and play here, he is a quality football player. However, that can't happen as he is one of those annoying players who would rather sit in the reserves of a Premiership team than drop down (temporarily) to a top, top championship club like Ipswich. Anyway he will do a good job for Hull, and Hull will be a good club for him. Simply, best of luck.
