Siasia to Join Bolton?

Nigeria Under-23 coach Samson Siasia has repeated the claim that his agent has been contacted by Bolton Wanderers.

'It doesn't matter to me whatever anybody says. I didn't write the story credited to The Independent in London. The newspaper got its information from somewhere,' Siasia told KickOffNigeria.com

'But I have also confirmed to you that my agent told me he had been contacted by the club on my availability for the job. Why would I lie on this kind of matter?'

On Tueday, Bolton issued an official statement, denying that Gary Megson was to be replaced, but there was no mention of Siasia. It seems that the Independent, have put together two and two and come up with a number that isn`t four. With Sammy Lee and Ricky Sbragia having left the club, it may be that the coaching team will be revamped over the summer with the Nigerian taking a prominent role.
